You can delete your account and personal data by emailing privacy@jobconnectz.com. Your request will be processed within 7 working days, and after deletion, you will lose access to the Services. Transaction data may be retained according to applicable laws.

16. CAMERA, MICROPHONE, & PHOTO LIBRARY ACCESS
- Camera Usage Description: Required for users to upload profile pictures, service-related images, or identity verification documents.
- Photo Library Usage Description: Allows users to select and upload images from their gallery for their profiles or service requirements.
- Microphone Usage Description: We do not require microphone access unless used for customer support or voice-based interactions.
Images are only stored when necessary and are not shared without consent
17. INTERNET
Required to connect to our servers, process bookings, update services, and facilitate real-time communication. Used to fetch service listings, process payments, and sync user data.
18. ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Allows the app to check internet connectivity before processing requests such as payments and service bookings. Helps improve user experience by notifying of network interruptions.
19. ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION
Enables continuous tracking of location for seamless service fulfillment, even when the app is running in the background. Essential for professionals to navigate to users’ locations and provide real-time updates.
20. ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
Used to estimate your general location to display available services and service providers in your area. Helps in suggesting nearby professionals based on location.
21. ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
Required for precise location tracking to assign the nearest professionals and provide accurate ETAs. Enables real-time tracking for scheduled and ongoing services.
22. WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Allows users to save service invoices, receipts, and important documents related to bookings. Enables offline access to stored service-related files and records.
23. READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Grants access to stored documents and media for uploading identity verification, profile pictures, or service-related files. Required for professionals to upload required documents for verification purposes.
24. LOCATION WHEN IN USE USAGE DESCRIPTION
The app requires location access only when in use to find nearby service professionals and provide accurate ETAs.
25. LOCATION ALWAYS USAGE DESCRIPTION
The app may need continuous location access for seamless tracking of ongoing bookings.
26. LOCATION ALWAYS AND WHEN IN USE USAGE DESCRIPTION
Users can allow location access always or only while using the app for service fulfilment. We do not store location history permanently, and data is only used for real-time service tracking.
27. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We collect and process location, media, network, and other permissions for the following purposes:
- Finding nearby professionals for better service recommendations.
- Facilitating bookings, real-time tracking, and service requests.
- Allowing profile updates and document verification for professionals and customers.
- Improving app performance, user experience, and accessibility features.
28. DATA SECURITY & STORAGE
- We follow strict data encryption and security protocols to protect your personal information.
- All sensitive data is encrypted and stored securely.
- We do not retain data beyond the necessary period for providing services.
- Location data is used only for active service tracking and is not stored permanently.
29. ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA REMOVAL
- Users can request account deletion and personal data removal by emailing privacy@jobconnectz.com
- Your request will be processed within 7 working days
- Once deleted, your account and associated data will not be recoverable.
- Transaction data may be retained as required by applicable laws.
30. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
- Your personal data may be stored or transferred to other countries where our servers are located, in compliance with applicable laws.
- We implement security safeguards to ensure data protection during such transfers.

32. CONTACTS and CALENDAR ACCESS
- Contacts Usage Description: Required if the user chooses to invite friends, refer professionals, or sync contacts for booking reminders
- Calendars Usage Description: Used to schedule service appointments and set reminders for upcoming bookings.
We do not share or store contact or calendar details beyond their intended use.
